WHAT IS A GROUP LEADER? A Group Leader is someone who talks to friends & family, members of their church or organization, residents of their community about travel on the same cruise or tour departure. They can, in turn, be rewarded with discounted pricing, special amenities and even a complimentary cruise fare. A group usually consists of a minimum of eight cabins. Land tour groups vary by each tour company.

HOW DO I BECOME A GROUP LEADER? Your All Aboard Travel sales team will assist you in determining a cruise or tour that you think your group would be interested in. All Aboard Travel will then provide you with custom flyers with all the information travelers will need to encourage them to join in the fun.

WHAT ARE MY DUTIES AS A GROUP LEADER? Your main duty is to promote the trip. With the help of the custom flyers you may market your trip through email, newsletters, bulletins boards, etc. Your All Aboard Travel sales team will assist you in getting the information to your prospective passengers.

WHAT BENEFITS DOES THE GROUP AND/OR GROUP LEADER RECEIVE? Depending on the cruise line and the size of the group, we can typically offer you discounted pricing on the cruise and amenities such as shipboard credits, complimentary group photo and more. As a Group Leader you may earn discounted or free travel depending on the size of the group. You will also earn daily compensation for each passenger traveling with you.

DO I MAKE BOOKINGS AND COLLECT MONEY? No. Your passengers simply call the sales agent at All Aboard Travel handling your group, and she/he will do all the detail work and collect payments. All Aboard Travel will help in the selection of cabins, make dinner reservations, plan a special party, reserve a meeting room and order any equipment or materials you may need such as audio visual technology.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE TRIP I CHOOSE DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH PARTICIPATION? Nothing. You are under no obligation. Just promote the trip you choose and if it is not what your fellow passengers want, we will find the trip that does.

DOES ALL ABOARD TRAVEL OFFER LAND TRIPS? Yes. We can accommodate any type of land-based group travel as well as any cruise.
